This blog is an insight into my journey through my recovery from depression (and anxiety). It contains the ups, the downs, and all the awkwardness in between. Blogging is an outlet when I am not spending time with my husband, two girls, teaching, shopping, eating or making art. So as you can tell...posts can be sporadic
